What was our ambition?
Enterprise-wide global impact, of course! Building strong leadership through giving leaders the opportunity to embody and practice their own Manager Manifesto. This leadership camp went from 10 cohorts of 18 a year (180 leaders) to 33 cohorts of 20 (660 leaders)
