Lara is a Master of Science specialized in Identity & diversity. She is a Professional Certified Coach certified by the International Coach Federation (ICF) and trained by Newfield Network as an ‘Ontological Coach’ in the USA. This means she works with who you are as a leader and how you relate to others, to help you towards action and desired results. An exciting journey in an often complex environment.

Lara är starkt övertygad om att när det är dags för nya resultat är personlig transformation ett måste. Att lära sig är roligt och ett sätt att skapa förändring. Som coach hjälper Lara organisationer att utveckla sina ledare för att nå sin fulla potential, så att de kan prestera på topp och uppnå sina mål. Hon har precis bytt från att bo i de svenska skogarna till att bo vid den nederländska stranden.
