She is a Professional Certified Coach certified by the International Coach Federation (ICF) and trained by Newfield Network as an ‘Ontological Coach’ in the USA. This means she works with who you are as a leader and how you relate to others, to help you towards action and desired results. An exciting journey in an often complex environment.
Lara strongly believes that when it is time for new results, personal transformation is a must. Learning is fun and a way to create game-changers! As a coach, Lara helps organizations develop their leaders in reaching their full potential, so they can get into peak performance and reach their goals. She just changed from living in the Swedish woods to living by the Dutch beach.
