Susanna Stegle

Susanna began her career as a senior HR executive in multinational corporations such as Alfa Laval, Pilkington Automotive, DuPont, Mölnlycke Health Care and Arjo – always with a focus on strengthening business performance through leaders, teams, and individuals.

Today, she works full-time as a professional facilitator. She coaches leaders and designs targeted programs for leaders, teams, and individuals, focusing on leadership development, change management, communication, organizational and team development – always aligned with the client’s strategic goals and improvement priorities.

Clients value Susanna’s ability to quickly build trust and her passionate presence as both a facilitator and coach. Her solid background and deep understanding of the ‘rules of the game’ in corporate life allow her to quickly grasp her clients’ business context.

Susanna är certifierad användare av MBTI och har diplom i coaching från ICF. Hon är både svensk och amerikansk, och coachar samt faciliterar på svenska och engelska.
