Every facilitator has patterns, strengths, and blind spots. This one-day masterclass will help you:
- Map your natural style (what you amplify/avoid).
- Understand how your personality shapes your design.
- Explore and stretch your range.
- Practice precise, high-impact shifts.
- Receive structured peer feedback.
What We’ll Explore: Your unique presence (calm, provocative, strategic), relationship to silence, tension, and disagreement, influencing group energy subtly, and aligning design with your authentic self.
Expect practice, reflection, and clarity. This is for facilitators ready for deep self-examination.
You’ll leave with: Clearer language for your identity, insight into your unique edge for intentional use, concrete refinements for immediate impact, and deeper confidence grounded in self-awareness.
One day of focused exploration for a sharper sense of what makes you, you. Uncover your je ne sais quoi.
Please note that this masterclass will be delivered in English.
