Hedvig is an experienced leader with a focus on leadership development, culture and team development, and extensive expertise in coaching, team coaching, facilitation, and learning. She has held roles such as Head of Learning & Development, Quality Manager, and Training Manager, most recently serving as Associate Director L&D at Spotify. She is a certified facilitator (IAF), Master Learning Facilitator (INIFAC), and ICI coach, with certifications including CCT, TTI Insights, Lencioni, and GDQ. Over the past 20 years, she has designed, implemented, and led development initiatives in leadership and learning, and has led teams across various organizations and industries.
