With a clear focus on the value the group wants to achieve, she guides them through the process using creative and agile methods and tools.
She also won the Silver Facilitation Impact Award for her work facilitating agile leaders in a transformation within Roche.
I have a background in Finance and worked in Pharmaceuticals for 12 years as a Controller as well as Coach and Facilitator, supporting global project teams in their development. Change management is another theme in my career, where I have supported organisations, teams and individuals through change, both in public and private sectors and in global and local contexts.
The last 10 years I have expanded my academic competency in Behaviours Science, Pedagogy, Leadership and Sustainability. My agile training I got from working in the IT-sector as a Business Developer and Change Manager in large change projects.
