I have a master’s degree in Psychology and a master’s degree in Business psychology. I am a certified Expressive Arts facilitator, a certified yoga instructor, and a mindfulness practitioner for over 16 years. In my work with individuals and groups, I always incorporate an interdisciplinary approach combining scientific theories with creative practices. By living and working in different countries and cultures (China, the UK, Germany, and Sweden), I have developed intercultural sensitivity and competencies that allow me to create an open and inclusive space for continuous learning and growth!

My background

Working as an organizational consultant and facilitator, I have a strong passion for bringing empowerment and transformational changes in organizations through art, aesthetics, and creativity. I believe we all have the creative power within us, by actively nurturing innovation skills through experiential learning, we open up new possibilities to think and do things differently.

I have a master’s degree in Psychology from the University of Edinburgh, and a master’s degree in Business psychology from Hochschule für Medien, Kommunikation und Wirtschaft in Berlin. I am also a certified Expressive Arts Facilitator (Expressive Arts Institute Berlin & EGS Switzerland), a certified yoga instructor, and a mindfulness practitioner for over 16 years.

In my work with individuals and groups, I always incorporate an interdisciplinary approach combining scientific theories with creative practices in order to make the learning experience more fun, interactive, and engaging. I have previously applied arts-based methodologies in various projects to foster learning & development, cross-cultural communication, resilience building as well as health and well-being promotion at the workplace. By living and working in different countries (China, the UK, Germany, and Sweden), I have developed intercultural sensitivity and competencies that allow me to create an open and inclusive space for continuous learning and growth!
