Client Interaction Lead at Lorensbergs
Do you enjoy building relationships and bringing structure to work that involves many people and moving parts? We are looking for a Client Interaction Lead to join our team in Gothenburg and help create thoughtful, impactful experiences for our clients.
About Lorensbergs
At Lorensbergs, we believe every interaction matters. Since 1995, we have supported organisations in developing their leadership, teams and culture, combining learning design with psychological depth and research-based tools and methods.
We partner with our clients to create meaningful interactions that help people learn together and move forward. With care for both people and results, we bring curiosity and a willingness to explore, learn and grow together. This is how we approach our client partnerships and everyday life at Lorensbergs.
The role
As our Client Interaction Lead, you help make every interaction with Lorensbergs feel welcoming, clear and well organised. You follow the full client journey, from the first contact through delivery and invoicing, keeping people informed and making sure the practical details come together.
You will be part of our organisational hub, working closely with consultants, clients and external partners. The role combines hands-on coordination with relationship building, financial administration and event planning. You will also help us improve our processes as we learn and grow.
What you will do
- Client interaction and programme coordination; With the support of AI, you coordinate client assignments together with our consultants and client representatives, building trusted relationships along the way. You manage invitations, participant communications, venue bookings, digital tools and virtual meeting arrangements, and provide administrative and technical support to consultants and participants. Through your ongoing and outgoing client contact, you also identify needs and contribute to the sale of our services.
- Finance and processes; You manage invoicing and related financial administration, ensuring that information is accurate and assignments are ready to be invoiced on time. You also develop our invoicing processes and ways of working, making everyday coordination easier for both colleagues and clients.
- Events; You plan and coordinate internal and external events, bringing together the people, logistics and communication needed for a boutique experience. As a central point of contact, you help turn ideas into well-organised gatherings where meaningful interactions can happen.
Who you are
You enjoy working with people and take pride in following things through. You can keep an overview of several assignments while noticing the details that matter. When plans change, you communicate clearly, find practical solutions and help others move forward.
You are comfortable taking ownership and asking for input when needed. You bring a service-minded approach, an interest in the commercial and financial aspects of our work, and a willingness to improve how things are done. Above all, you value collaboration and are curious to learn with others.
What you bring
- Experience in client coordination, programme administration, project support or a similar service-focused role.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise across several assignments.
- Experience with invoicing and financial administration.
- Tech-savvy and curious about new possibilities, with the confidence to use digital tools and explore how the evolving AI landscape can help us work smarter and enhance the client experience.
- Clear, confident communication in Swedish and English.
- Experience in event coordination, selling services or improving administrative processes would also be valuable.
Join us
At Lorensbergs, you will work closely with colleagues who care about learning, relationships and the quality of our work. You will have the opportunity to shape how we coordinate our assignments and create a positive experience for the people we work with.
We would love to hear about you, your experience and what interests you about the role.
