Åse is passionate about facilitating growth in people and organisations – something she has done for over 25 years across various industries. With a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering and Management and training as a psychosynthesis therapist, she skillfully combines structure and intuition, head and heart, to guide leaders, teams and organisations through meaningful transformation.
As a facilitator, Åse is curious, open, knowledgeable, structured, and sensitive to what is going on beneath the surface. Her passions are facilitation, personal development, and using creativity to help individuals reach their full potential.
One of Åse’s current focuses is how the demands on leadership are changing, and to coach leaders and teams to find ways to sustainably create more value for all key stakeholders in a new, more complex world .
Åse has a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering and Management and she is also a Psychosynthesis Therapist. Åse is a Certified Professional Facilitator, IAF and Certified Virtual Facilitator, INIFAC, and certified Individual Coach Practitioner and Systemic Team Coach Practitioner, EMCC.
