Andy is a coach with a strong focus on helping entire organisations function better – from production teams to executive boards. He holds a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Lund University and has held executive roles in both Europe and North America, giving him broad experience from large organisations (up to 1,400 people), start-ups, and board work.
Andy was part of the design team behind the ICF’s Advanced Certification for Team Coaching and is one of the first to earn ICF’s special accreditation in this area. He is also a founder and board member of the Swedish Association of Team Coaches.
With a deep passion for team development, Andy finds joy in seeing teams align around a shared purpose and create meaningful impact. He has co-authored the book Att leda TEAM and contributed to both The Team Coaching Case Book and Professor David Clutterbuck’s Team Coaching Casebook.
In addition to working with Lorensbergs I have co-written a swedish boook on leading teams and translated the Team Diagnostic Survey to swedish for 6 Team Conditions, a company founded by Prof. Ruth Wageman one of the major thought leaders on development of higher management teams. I was part of the team setting up the Advanced Certification for Team Coaching for ICF, and have contributed a chapter to the Team Coaching Case Book by Prof. david Clutterbuck together with my colleauge Peter Englén. By founding Sveriges Teamcoacher together with a group of likeminded teamcoaches we bring current and frontline research on teams to the swedish coaching community.
I am the proud father of two grown-up kids, cyclist, skier, gardener and house-builder and I love good food and drink.
On top of my Master of Mech Engineering I ICF ACC and ACPC, Master Practitioner with 6 Team Conditions, Certified Team Performance Coach with TCI, Senior Practitioner with Peter Hawkins a bunch of certificated for personality tests like Big Five.
