Anton is an experienced learning designer, facilitator, coach, and a cognitive behavioral therapist (CBT). He is a former educator at Hyper Island and a project manager with experience from leading teams at creative agencies in both Sweden and the US. He is passionate about personal development, group dynamics and culture building.
He is eager to dive into conversations about stress, motivation and boundary setting, and loves to lead sessions on how to create effective and healthy teams. His favourite place to be is in the process, shedding light on what makes people, teams and organisations tick. Anton always approaches his work with empathy, humor and a psychological perspective.

Anton är en erfaren lärande designer, facilitator, coach och en kognitiv beteendeterapeut i träning. Han är en tidigare pedagog på Hyper Island och en projektledare med erfarenhet av att leda team på kreativa byråer både i Sverige och USA. Han brinner för personlig utveckling, gruppdynamik och kulturskapande. Anton är ivrig att fördjupa sig i samtal om stress, motivation och ledarskap och älskar att leda sessioner om att skapa effektiva team och trygga företagskulturer. Hans favoritplats är i processen, där han kastar ljus över vad som driver människor, team och organisationer. Anton närmar sig alltid sitt arbete med empati, humor och en psykologisk synvinkel.
