Therése is a qualified clinical psychologist with extensive experience as an organisational consultant in workplace psychology. Her approach is rooted in scientific principles and characterised by a process-oriented partnership. She has broad expertise in understanding and developing people, with a genuine ability to foster development and growth in individuals, teams, and entire organisations. At Lorensbergs, she focuses on leadership development, team development, and facilitation.
Both theoretically and practically grounded, and certified as a professional facilitator and coach, she maintains a solution-focused approach. Some of her clients include SIDA, Business Sweden, Länsförsäkringar, and Västra Götalands Regionen. Therése also holds a position as an adjunct lecturer at the University of Gothenburg.
