Johan is a trained engineer whom been working within production- and product development organizations and also with business development within the consulting sector. Johan has started up new businesses, has been department/area manager, Global Account Manager and member of both domestic and global executive management teams, responsible for strategy, change management and HR-related services. Since 2008 Johan is working as an organizational consultant where he has the trust in many executive teams to support them in their personal- and their organizational development, with the organization’s objectives and values in focus.
Johan’s roles incorporate to be advisor/mentor in on order to challenge present norms and also to be the facilitator of change to create structure and processes to develop a successful transformation. Johan is also the creator and facilitator of many successful leadership programs.
Johan is considered to be an authentic, driven, competent, engaged, positive and a curious person. This has led him to work with many different tools and methods concerning personal and organizational development; Speed of Trust, IMGD, Norm critical leadership, Valuesonline, EQ-i 2.0, Extended DISC and MBTI. Johan is a certified INLPTA- and ICF coach and is also himself a global trainer in Culture Transformation Tools® (CTT) methods and tools.
