Melanie partners with organizations to coach, train and facilitate individuals and teams including: leaders, managers and individual contributor experts. Her focus areas are: Increasing self awareness capability, motivation, influence/communication skills, managing and leading change face to face as well as virtually.
When facilitating teams and coaching individuals she uses a solutions focused approach that supports their ability to navigate their organization, handle difficult situations, influence key stakeholders, manage through others and gain trust. Melanie´s current primary clients are Astra Zeneca, Volvo, Alfa Laval, Swedbank, Spotify and SKF.
Her 15 year career in Human Resources has included working with global organizations such as SAP, Dow Chemical, Saint Gobain and, prior to Lorensbergs, she held senior leadership roles in HR for SCA North America. She lives in Sweden and has degrees from New York University in Psychology & Theater as well as a Master's degree from Villanova University in Human Resource Development.
