Lena has an exciting background combining studies in psychology with marketing and is also engaged in research within the areas of group dynamics. Lena strongly believes that most important for a consultant and facilitator is to help individuals and groups to greater insights around how they influence others, and being able to give honest and transparent feedback. To enable such a process, it’s important to be able to create a learning environment that is creative, fun and authentic. Her specialist areas are communication training, group dynamics, leadership development, rhetoric and coaching. Lena has a MSc in Psychology from Gothenburg University, additional studies in Rhetoric and a BA (Hons) in Marketing from University of the Arts, London.
